• Forfeit any bonus funds held across any duplicate accounts

3.2 Account Security

7 Betting Rules

7.3 Abandoned and Voided Events

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Win888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity fraud
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 18 consecutive months may be closed after appropriate notice

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or terms violations, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method within 5 business days.

12 Intellectual Property
